Within our mission statement, we are dedicated to the professional development of all California public agency personnel with responsibility for risk management. During the pandemic, our organization, like many others, was forced to cancel our in-person conference and move to a virtual platform. With the Board’s mantra to stay relevant during the pandemic and the outstanding support of our sponsors, we were able to have a successful virtual conference. We hope that the worst of the pandemic is behind us and it is with that I hope, I present to you our in-person conference, The Carnivàle of Risk at the Disneyland® Hotel.

All great carnivàles around the world include a parade and PARMA is no different. Working tirelessly behind the scenes is the Mistick Krewe of PARMA, those responsible for assembling and delivering the parade of solutions and education to combat the parade of horribles that many public agencies face. No matter your challenge, and in today’s climate there are many, there is someone among the PARMA Krewe who has the answer, and the 2022 conference is the place to hone your craft and gather those risk management strategies.
